We process orders *within 1-4 Business days* Monday to Friday.
All orders ship from PINETTA, FL USA.
Free standard shipping on all orders over $150.
Shipping is calculated PRE-TAX and AFTER sale items have been reduced and/or discount coupon codes have been applied!
Delivery times are estimated AFTER shipping and based on business days (Monday-Friday) and do not include weekends or holidays. We do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays.

PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed and shipped within 1-4 business days. We ship all orders as quickly as possible, but please note that there may be processing delays in shipping during sale events, peak shopping days, and holidays. We do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays.

- Delays with USPS, UPS, or FedEx
- If a package is shipped back to us due to an incorrectly entered address or undeliverable address.
- Lost, damaged, misdelivered, or packages marked as delivered. In this case a claim will need to be filed with the carrier.
